Interim Finance Director
Our client is a multi-sited food manufacturing business that has a broad offering of branded and own label products.
The Opportunity
Due to continued expansion and reorganisation they are now seeking to strengthen the management team through the appointment of an Interim Finance Director to take charge of a large division. The core drivers for the role will be to establish a core team and to ensure that this business performs in line with group expectations.
The Interim Manager
The successful candidate will have previously held the position of Finance Director within a major division of a food group. You will have a proven track record of delivery within a business that has a heavy operational focus. Experience of acquisition and integration would be of great benefit but are in no way essential. Strong leadership skills and gravitas will be required to ensure the existing team come on board with all the changes.
The Remuneration
£600 - £700 per day
