Interim Customer Insight Director

Our client is an established financial services business based in the North of England.

 

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will develop the customer insight capability of this highly successful business.   Key accountabilities will include leading a team of CRM specialists to produce customer insight reporting which will underpin management information, product development and strategy formation.   You will be required to present customer insight findings to the Main Board.

 

The Interim Manager

Candidates will be highly experienced marketing professionals with prior in-depth experience of customer insight and CRM.   A thorough understanding of financial services products would be advantageous.   Excellent communication skills are essential in addition to the ability to make presentations at the highest level.

 

The Remuneration

£700 to £1000 per day.

 

Duration

6 months - possible permanent position
