Interim Finance Director

Our client is a £30m turnover home improvements business based in the North East of England.

The Opportunity

Our client is a private equity backed business and has a requirement for an Interim Finance Director to advise and support the management team in preparation for a Management Buy-In (MBI). You will take complete responsibility for all financial matters, providing accurate and detailed financial information and due diligence pre and post deal. This is a critical role within an exciting and challenging environment.

The Interim Manager

The successful candidate will be an experienced Finance Director who is available to start an assignment immediately. Interim Managers will have a strong corporate finance background and have significant experience of MBO / MBI deals.

The Remuneration

£600 - £800 per day
