Interim Head of Investor Relations
Our client is a major infrastructure provider based in the north of England.The Opportunity
An interim Head of Investor Relations is required to develop and co-ordinate key stakeholder relations including, equity owners, banks, ratings agencies and press. You will play a critical role in year end and HMRC communications. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a new role within the organisation and you will be responsible for building an investor relations strategy for the long-term.
The Interim Manager
An established interim manager with a successful track record in investor relations management within large blue chip businesses. You will have developed excellent relationships with city stakeholders at a senior level and worked for both PLC and private equity/fund backed businesses.

£800 to £1000 per day
