The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Executive and managing a team of Assistant Directors, you will take the lead in ensuring robust and healthy relationships with the local authority to maximise benefits to patients. You will develop a strategic framework for commissioning for mental health, children’s and adult services and community services, lead in APO contracting and producing the PCT’s commissioning strategic plan.

The Interim Manager

This is a ‘hands on’ board level commissioning role. The ideal candidate must have board level NHS experience and strong understanding of World Class Commissioning. The ideal interim must have a proven track record of successfully commissioning services working with local authorities to achieve objectives.
