Charles joined Interim Partners in January 2012 as Head of Banking.
He began his career with Deutsche Bank in Dublin after graduating in Business Studies. Charles then moved to JP Morgan in London where he spent almost five years, mainly supporting their Structured Finance business.
Capitalising on the breadth of his experience, Charles transitioned into senior recruitment; joining an international banking and finance business where he specialised in senior banking roles.
He joined Albemarle Interim Management in London as Head of Banking, where he worked on senior executive assignments across the spectrum of banking activities in the wake of the financial crisis.
At Interim Partners Charles leads assignments for Financial Services organisations, typically against the backdrop of a change or growth agenda. His remit covers all senior assignments across the range of banking activities, spanning line leadership (Ex Co), SMEs and change practitioners.
Outside of work Charles enjoys horseracing, golf and tennis, and has a keen interest in current affairs.
