Meet the team

Jo's passion for Food & Drink recruitment started in hospitality. As part of her Hospitality Management degree at Bournemouth University she was trained by Albert, Michel Roux and Michel Roux Jnr, Anton Edelman, Raymond Blanc and Gary Rhodes. Jo went onto work in events such as; Ascot,Wimbledon, The Conservative Party Conference and the 2000 Sydney Olympics.

Following international travel Jo returned to the UK in 2001 and started her career in permanent recruitment focusing on the Investment Banking sector and moved into Interim Management in 2002. Jo joined Odgers Berndtson in 2006 where she built a successful Interim Consumer Practice specialising in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Food and Drink as well as FMCG focused Private Equity and Consultancy firms. Jo joined Interim Partners in Feb 2011 as Head of Food and Drink and covers all senior interim management appointments in change management and national/international transformation programs.

With a track record of delivering Interim Management into UK and International FMCG organisations covering FTSE 250 PLC's, Private Equity, and SME's Jo will be adding significant experience to the market leading Food and Drink Practice at Interim Partners.
