Meet the team

Simon is responsible for our Private Equity and Advisory marketplace across the private sector. He works closely with Private Equity Houses, Banks, Accountancy, Advisory and Legal firms and assists this diverse range of stakeholders by helping them to identify high quality interim managers who can deliver turnaround, change and transformation into their own or clients’ investments.

Interim Partners operate across vertical markets (Consumer, Service and Industrial) to ensure the best level of expertise and market intelligence is delivered for an exceptional client and candidate experience. Simon’s network of candidates spans all of these vertical markets and includes Chief Execs, Chief Financial and Restructuring Officers, Non Execs and Chairs.

He partners with his colleagues who specialise in vertical markets so he can bring candidates to his clients who have both sector and restructuring experience. The scope of his assignments ranges from executive board through to turnaround, restructuring and transformation projects. Simon’s earlier career was in consumer and retail, following which he began a career in Executive Search specialising in the Consumer market. Simon joined Interim Partners in 2006. Prior to working with IP’s private equity clients he led the Retail and Consumer team. Simon is married with three children. His interests include Skiing and mountain biking.
