Interim Partners is proud to announce that it has recently achieved the Bronze award for Investors in People accreditation. Investors in People offers a business improvement tool designed to help all kinds of organisations to develop performance through their people. To achieve the award, employees and managers were surveyed about the company’s strategies for learning & development, people management, recognition and reward, continuous improvement as well as the strategy of the business and these encompassed the overall culture and values of the company.
Debbie Norman, Operations Manager of Interim Partners said “We are delighted to achieve this standard because it shows that our employees are engaged within our culture and values, which is something not all companies can report during these difficult times. We are aiming to gain the silver accreditation next year and if successful will consider going for the Gold standard the following year.”
