IMA Guide to AWR

In order to brief clients, interim managers and the wider HR community about the forthcoming Agency Workers Regulations, our professional body- the Interim Management Association (IMA) which is part of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has produced a short guide which focuses on exclusions for self-employed workers and limited company contractors.

The IMA has a confident outlook regarding AWR and has produced this guide to reassure organisations that the Regulations will have little (if any) impact on the interim market, thereby ensuring the Regulations do not create a barrier to continued growth in the industry.

Changes to our terms and conditions

To provide greater security to our clients we have also changed the terms and conditions we have with our professional contractors and interim managers and now require them to indemnify us against a potential claim arising from this legislation.
