Interim Partners are delighted to announce the recent addition to the team in Paul Fleming as the New Head of Public Sector Practice.
Paul started his career as an Analyst with a FTSE 100 business before moving into recruitment. His first role in recruitment was with an International Plc before moving to a national Finance & Accounting specialist where he managed permanent and interim recruitment teams. He has 7 years experience recruiting senior executives within a range of industries and disciplines.
Paul identified the increasing interest in the use of interim managers to deliver change and in 2007 Paul joined Interim Partners to further develop their Public Sector Practice.
Interim Partners Public Sector Practice has a significant track record of supporting Central Government, Health and Local Authority organisations through turnaround and transformation projects by identifying Interim Managers to lead and assist in projects.
