Doug Baird, Managing Director and Head of Industrial Practice
Doug is married with one child. His interests include the cinema, skiing and current affairs. He is a member of the IoD and a fellow of the RSA.
Doug Baird established Interim Partners in January 2003 and now leads a team that has many years of experience in the contract recruitment market.
His experience spans all levels of recruitment in both the interim and contract sectors. Doug began his recruitment career in 1994 with a national consultancy after which he played a significant part in the growth of a financial recruitment firm, ultimately being appointed a Divisional Director. During his career he has worked with numerous companies in the FTSE 250 and Fortune 500. As well as leading the team at Interim Partners and acting as Account Director for key clients, Doug's focus is on attracting Interim Managers for the manufacturing sector and on the continuous development of his company's wider offering.
