We search for, select and recruit experienced Interim Manangers for highly challenging roles within businesses that are undergoing change. Whether this is a CEO for a turnaround business, an FD for a new venture or a Project Manager for a change programme, each assignment is individual and that is why we are different.

For each assignment we take time to develop a detailed specification of your requirements and importantly, find out about your culture. We then match these criteria to a long list of potential candidates who we get to know personally. It is this personal approach to selection that further sets us apart. It is why our clients view us as long-term partners.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Free internet advertising for all assignments.
  • Access to high quality interim managers via our database- we have significant advertising and PR spend that has allowed us to build a market leading database.
  • Access to candidates through our memberships of Interim Management Association and societies.
  • In-house research department to provide additional support when searching for unique long term assignments.

Candidate Screening and Selection

  • Dedicated client teams who take personal responsibility for delivering on assignments. Our consultants undertake face-to-face assignment briefings and where possible face-to-face meetings to present shortlists.
  • All potential Interim Managers undertake face-to-face interviews. We assess their technical skills, communication style, commercial skills, commitment to interim management and cultural fit.
  • We provide psychometric testing on request. We are partnered with Thomas International and use their Personal Profile Analysis (PPA).
  • All our candidates are referenced. We take four references and these include past employers, references from stakeholders such as Chartered Accountants and Lawyers and personal references.

Post Selection and Additional Services

  • We offer exclusive clients, who have multiple requirements, their own mini-site which is accessed through a confidential log-in. This site shows a history of all CVs presented to our clients, the nature of the assignments, the shortlists we presented, copies of references, interview times, dates and feedback, scanned copies of timesheets, invoices submitted and money owed.
  • We maintain close links with our clients and candidates throughout the duration of the assignment, providing feedback during review meetings.
  • Final review meeting at end of each assignment to gain feedback on our service and reference for our Interim Manager.
  • We provide a complete inhouse billing and invoicing service and guarantee prompt payment to all our Interim Managers.
  • We can provide advice and support on wider issues as some of our Interim Managers will provide free days to investigate problems then present solutions. We can also offer guidelines in relation to rates of pay and incentive schemes.
