We apply innovative recruitment techniques to find exceptional interim executives that match the needs of our clients. That is what sets us apart and has fuelled our growth over the last few years. We focus on building deep, long-term relationships based on insight and understanding of both our clients' and our candidates' needs. Our role is not just to fill a short-term position, rather it is to give companies undergoing change the best possible chance to prosper and grow by sourcing exceptional Interim Managers at a time when they need them most.
Interim Partners is an ethical business. We are full members of the Interim Management Association (IMA) and adhere to their code of conduct. Interim Partners are also an Age Positive Employer Champion. We were awarded this status by the Department for Work and Pensions. We changed our methodology ahead of changes in legislation in 2006.
