Our values

We are values-led. We have five core values that permeate everything we do, and we expect all our colleagues to live by them. 

As Jon Stewart said, “If you don't stick to your values when they're being tested, they're not values: they're hobbies.”

We need to be brave to be visionary. Without risk, there is no reward. We can’t be risk-averse. 

We must continue to break new ground. We need to be brave enough to think big, and big enough to be honest and adapt quickly if things don’t go to plan.


The word ‘Partners’ is embedded in our name – it is at the core of our brand identity. 

We know the value of collaboration. Collaboration is about sharing both the responsibility and the benefits, being sensitive and taking the time to help others. 

We consist of strong, driven individuals, but our real strength comes from our ability to support and learn from each other.


Integrity and consideration are recurring themes for us. We want to do the right thing always. We want to be comfortable with ourselves. We want to feel great about what we do. 

We know it’s perfectly possible to be ambitious and behave ethically. It’s about knowing our values and living by them.
