You will have at least five years’ experience in the interim recruitment market place ideally within the insurance and asset wealth management sector or have worked as a contract recruiter in this market. An existing relationship network would be a distinct advantage.
A proven track record of offering a first-class service to both clients and candidates is a necessity together with experience of working and communicating at a senior level and having a passion for the financial services market.
