What areas are we hiring in?

We have aligned the financial services sector to four key verticals: Banking, insurance; asset investment and wealth management; consumer & specialist finance.

We also have a specific horizontal focus within both private equity and professional services, including delivering to the Big 4, leading mid-sized and boutique consultancies and have carved this out as a separate account management function within the practices.

We are looking to build a specific focus on the EU market and wider international markets.  Interim management is an established concept in Germany, Benelux and Middle East region and this will be a key area of further growth for us.

What skills and experience will you need?

We are a diverse bunch that’s united by a solid grounding in recruitment, consultancy and search. Talented individuals who feel there must be more to life than just sending exceptional CVs to PSL clients at a mid-market aligned firm, or who have found executive search to slow moving.
