What areas are we hiring in?
We have split the FS sector into four key areas: Lloyd’s Market & General Insurance; Life, Pensions & Wealth; Consumer & Specialist Finance; Retail Banking.
We also have a specific focus on delivery to Big 4 and have carved this out as a separate account management function within the practice.
We are also looking to build a specific focus on the EU market in 2018. Interim management is an established concept in Germany and the Benelux countries and this will be a key area of further growth for us.

What skills and experience will you need?
We are a diverse bunch however we are united by a solid grounding in recruitment. Talented individuals who feel there must be more to life than sending CVs to PSL clients at a mid market firm or that Executive Search moves a bit too slowly for them have often found a home with us.
Interim means solving big problems for your clients. It means high quality, executive recruitment delivered at pace, without dropping the ball. It means an all out focus on long term relationship building. It means becoming a sector expert who can operate across multiple business functions like finance, risk, compliance, change, operations, marketing or HR; wherever your client has a problem that needs solving.
