The political spotlight has been placed very firmly on social housing providers in recent years; particularly their role in providing much needed physical and social solutions to the housing crisis, Placemaking and ensuring their customers are supported and have a safe place to live. In order to achieve these aims, they are delivering new products and services, changing funding regimes and delivery vehicles, re-examining their asset base, commercializing and using technology to drive culture change

Dean is focused on helping housing associations, local authorities, ALMOs and housing charities to deliver through the provision of high-calibre consultancy and interim management solutions that demonstrate real value from day one.

He thrives on building collaborative relationships to ensure organisational challenges are understood, and is integral to shaping a solution that takes into account both the organsiational context, and the skills available in both the public sector and wider commercial market to deliver this.

Dean graduated from the University of Surrey, Roehampton with a degree in Business Studies.  He enjoys spending time with his family that includes two sons and a dog. A keen sportsman who has played football at semi-professional level. Nowadays when time permits you will find him on the golf course, running or on his mountain bike.
