Laurence Frantzis

Laurence Frantzis has over thirteen years' experience as a highly-successful recruiter and Director.

As the Practice Lead for the Manufacturing Division at Interim Partners, Laurence’s role is to lead the provisions of interim, delivery-focused solutions to board-level clients within the Manufacturing & Engineering sector - whether on a ‘gap fill’ basis, to manage a turnaround or safely guide a business through a period transformational change.

Laurence has over 13 years Industry experience and is hugely passionate about helping his customers with business critical change and transformation projects.

Having graduated from Nottingham University with a degree in Economics & Econometrics, Laurence spent a year in IT recruitment with the S3 Group. He subsequently joined Michael Page and spent 10 years in Marketing & Digital Recruitment, working is way up to the UK Board for this division, which he sat on for four years. He joined Interim Partners in the spring of 2017.

Outside of the office, Laurence enjoys spending his time with his wife Hannah and young son Andreas. He is passionate about exploring new countries and the restaurants they have to offer. He also spends a large part of his spare time working on his property portfolio,. Laurence has also recently retired from semi-professional rugby, a sport he has played since he was 6 and he is a passionate follower of the England Rugby Union team. His other sporting interest is boxing, which he has trained in since he was 15 and is currently competing in as an Amateur since 2018.

He is also focussed on raising money for charitable causes – notably Cancer Research, Alzheimer’s Research, the NSPCC and Shelter.
