Paul Phillips has over ten years' recruitment experience as a highly-successful recruiter and Manager.
Having graduated in 2000 with a degree in English Literature, Paul moved into Financial Recruitment and established himself as a successful contract recruiter based on the strength of his relationships and focus on customer-service. His client base ranged from market-leading FTSE 100 Real Estate businesses to SMEs across a range of sectors.
As a Director at Interim Partners, Paul’s role is to provide interim, delivery-focused solutions to board-level clients within the Business and Support Services sector whether on a ‘gap fill’ basis, to manage a turnaround or safely guide a business through a period transformational change.
Outside of spending time with his daughter, Paul plays and watches a wide range of sports including football, tennis, rugby and golf. He also has a keen interest in Cinema and Literature.
