    My client is looking to appoint an Hard FM Account Lead to drive forward operational improvement plan within two significant clusters of PFI contracts.

    You must have a strong operational background, ideally across either Education or Healthcare and it is essentially that you have previous operational experience within a PFI environment.

    Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills are required on this one, as well as an ability to lead a group of people through a challenging period of transition. The contracts themselves aren't overly challenging, they are just a lot of them, in a cluster therefore this will be well suited to someone with meticulous project management skills.

    This is an immediate start, potentially long term appointment.

    Remuneration: £450 per day
