My client, a Global Manufacturing business is seeking an Interim HRD to work on a number of high profile business critical projects. Split across two sites, the organisation is very much a "traditional manufacturer" and as such a background in this sector is essential.
Main priority responsibilities:
- Have day to day coordination of HR site activates
- Implementation of a new HR and payroll system
- Mobilisation of workforce
The successful Interim Manager will have a proven track record in Interim Management at Director level and experience/track record in international HR projects, ideally including delivery in Eastern Europe. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be collaborating with diverse stakeholders within the core business and HR globally.
