    Director of Change

    The Director of Change is responsible for ensuring that all programmes within the Change portfolio deliver to time, cost and quality to meet the objectives of the strategic plan of the Bank.

    To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate:-

    • Expert knowledge of programme & project management techniques (Essential)

    • Deep understanding of process and technology operational needs and challenges in large scale UK financial service organisations.

    • Experience in strategic planning and execution including implementation of complex business change.

    • Experience and expertise of information technology and financial services operations, gained from working extensively with large, complex businesses.

    • Conceptualises technology/ops strategy that enables a customer centric business model transformation and has the ability to successfully lead the delivery of major change.

    • Strong programme management/planning expertise required to co-ordinate and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changes in business requirements.
