    This medium sized provider in the London area is looking to engage an interim to play a key role in leading, developing and maintaining their asset management strategy and investment plans. This includes a five-year rolling investment programme that reflects the housing management strategic priorities.

    key task include:

    • Managing the strategic investment team and technical team.
    • Providing a strategic view on the activities through engaging with residents.
    • To develop the HRA Capital and Revenue Planned Cyclical Programme
    • To collate and maintain KPI performance and base data on stock and performance as well as monitor programmes against targets.

    This is a 6 months role
