    Interim Mobilisation Lead (Compliance)

    Our Client, a Housing Association in the South East is looking to identify an interim manager to work on contract mobilisations, demobolisations and contractor management in the asset compliance area.

    This role is the for a period of 6 months, and what is ideal is that the individual is a seasoned contract management and mobilisation specialist, and will have a clear picture of what good 'clienting' looks like.

    The contracts are largely on the capital programme side, therefore a track record of mobilising both main and specialist compliance contractors within the social housing sector is desired.

    Strong project and programme Management skills are important to manage the interdependencies and work-streams, and an individual who has worked both on both client and contractor side will be particularly welcomed.
