Business Improvement Specialist Analyst
Our Client, a Housing Association in London is looking to identify two experienced Business Analysts/Business Improvement specialists. They will be working on a number of business improvement projects which include the process improvement life cycle for customer operations and property data projects.
The successful interim will be able to demonstrate quality process mapping skills and evidence customer journey improvement. They will ideally have operated within the social housing sector, at the very least within a customer operations/call centre environment. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level is considered important, with work-shopping experience a must.
The assignment will be for a period of 6 months initially.
