    Well-known multi-channel fashion brand requires an Interim Head of Merchandising. Working closely with the Merch Director this is an influential role where you will contribute to the overall merchandising strategy and develop the merchandise managers, whilst still remaining very hands-on.

    Key measurables for this assignment include:

    • Develop best practice throughout the team, focus on succession planning
    • Manage OTB
    • Work with Buying & Design to improve margin
    • Advise teams based on your analysis of trading patterns
    • Develop sales, stock, intake, mark-down and margin plans

    Multi-channel (stores, online, international, wholesale) apparel experience required, womenswear category preferred but not essential.
