    Interim Development Director

    I am searching for an Interim Development Director for a national based Care Home. Suitable candidate need to be able to demonstrate flair and creativity from a previous role. The main areas of commercial focus are the ability to be able to transform the appearance and comfort of the homes in order for them to become self-funding. This will need an eye for detail and the ability to manage multple projects nationally across the UK. Candidates will also be expected to have a good understanding of property management and the ability to drive forward the return from the development decisions both internally and externally. This role also requires the mitigation of risk while projects are underway and liaison with members of the board moving forward.
