    Interim Partners is currently working with a large Private Care provider who is looking to identify an Interim Head of Development. This is a 6-12 months opportunity with a nationwide remit. Reporting to the Estates Director you will be responsible for the delivery of the change programme. This is a critical role to ensure the organisation meets its longer term strategic objectives.

    The suitable candidate will have previously worked in development spend for Private Care homes, ideally for a minimum of 2 years; the emphasis being on development and not estates, FRA, WRA and other health and safety areas. The successful candidate will have had previous experience of refurbishing care homes which are occupied, rather than new builds or refurbishment of empty properties.

    You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, have an ability to engage with different stakeholders and have a proven track record of delivering change, transformation and enhancing sustainability.

    You will have worked for a number of care home providers with a specific home development background.
