Customer Experience Salesforce Lead
Our client is a pioneering, heavily innovative, global leisure business based in the north of England, looking to appoint an interim Customer Experience Programme Lead for 12 months. For context, the business is about to commence an implementation of Salesforce, which when combined with their recently-implemented upgrades to their website-management platform, booking systems and in-house CRM will put them in a fabulous yet unchartered position of harnessing some incredible, new capabilities around customer engagement and experience. The exciting challenge for the business is that it doesn't quite know the extent of possibilities soon to be in-reach from a customer experience standpoint and therefore is looking for a highly experienced marketing interim with a background in the leisure industry (preferable), or hospitality and retail that has worked extensively with Salesforce (and global implementations), carrying a strong commercial marketing background and can drive forward a new era of customer engagement, maximising the new value that Salesforce will bring through driving loyalty, new customer acquisitions, product promotion and customer service. The business recognises that this huge investment will serve as a cornerstone in the business's growth and evolution and this interim position will be pivotal and at the forefront in helping the business realise and subsequently achieve its ambitious plans.

Can Retail weather the storm?

Wow, what a week for Retail... £1.5bn wiped off retail stock values, Maplin and Toys R Us in administration, Jones being offloaded less than 12months since being bought out of admin - losing all head office jobs and some stores in the process...
