    Interim Partners are looking to identify an Interim Commercial Director to lead on a portfolio of strategic estates projects for a Central Government body in London.

    This is a challenging role and what is key, is that the successful individual has demonstrated a track record in leading highly complex, commercial programmes, projects and contracts. This will have been within estates, facilities or capital expenditure programmes, ideally within a government setting.

    This is a new role and will be for six months, with a strong possibility of extension.

    It involves complex estate project management within long term programmes, predominantly non reactive. Challenging stakeholder interface and management will be integral to the role.

    You will oversee the financial and contractual performance management of multiple largescale NEC3 contracts and projects, including monitoring of agreed KPIs, monetary and non-monetary benefits. In addition, the management of contract variations, legal due diligence / compliance, risk management and business case realisation.
