    Interim Partners is currently looking to identify an Interim Director of Estates, Facilities and Capital Projects for a London based NHS Trust. This role would be for a period of 3-6 months initially.

    The successful candidate will take responsibility for all Trust Estates and Facilities functions, ensuring the delivery of a high quality and cost-effective service. Alongside this, you will be required to lead and develop the relocation programme, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery during a period of change and transition.

    The key activity of this interim opportunity is to provide effective leadership to the estates, facilities and PMO services. This will include input into the setting of strategy and delivery plans, particularly around the relocation programme.

    The successful interim will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, have an ability to engage with different stakeholders and have a proven track record of successfully managing a hospital relocation. Knowledge of the NHS landscape is essential.
