Interim HR Transformation Director
My client is looking to appoint an Interim HR Transformation Director to lead a much needed cultural and organisational change programme. You will be heavily involved in setting the direction and maintaining the tempo of the change, but firstly you will be tasked formulate and deliver an employee engagement and communication strategy.
Your strategy will include developing and implementing a business aligned people strategy, embedding a new culture, determining and delivering company values and a people charter along with launching a Leadership Programme. The HR element is part of a group wide transformation programme where you will be aligning with other functional heads to deliver a collaborative strategy.
You will have had previous experience delivering on all of the above, ideally within a resource heavy business, most likely in outsourcing or public service. Experience of working within a heavily regulated industry would serve as a distinct advantage too.
The role is to start within the next few weeks and will run for at least 12 months.
