Interim Project Manager - Relocation Programme
Interim Partners is currently looking to identify an Interim Project Manager to lead a Relocation Programme for a London based NHS Trust. This role would be for a period of 3-6 months initially.
The successful candidate will be required to lead and develop the Relocation Programme, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery during a period of change and transition.
The key activity of this interim opportunity is to provide strong project management skills, be accountable to the Estates Director, ensuring the smooth running of the relocation. Experience of the following is essential:
- Site Sale and Purchase
- Planning Issues
- Lease and Rent Agreements
- Schedule of Accommodation
- Producing NHS business cases
The successful interim will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, have an ability to engage with different stakeholders and have a proven track record of successfully managing a complex relocation project.
This opportunity will fall out of scope of IR35.
