Interim Head of Merchandising - Fashion, Apparel Retail
Interim Head of Merchandising required to join well-known apparel retailer.
Working across all product areas you will map current B&M processes including range planning and sign-off, and define and map the target process, ensuring a joined-up and structured consistent approach across functions.
In addition, you will develop and document a structured approach to the promo calendar, one which involves all stakeholders including (Retail, Digital, Marketing, Product, etc.) and delivers consistency across channels.
You must have a strong background within fashion/apparel and have worked at Head of or Director level within a structured merchandising environment. Experience of developing & documenting process, and introducing best practice, highly beneficial.
