Interim Business Improvement Specialists
Our client a housing association in central London is looking for 2 Business Improvement Specialists for approximately 6 months, to work across a range of property management, asset compliance, data control and customer operations projects.
The more urgent requirement is for a hands on BI specialist to start by the 10th September. They will be responsible for delivering an intervention around property management processes. Deliverables include:
Finishing all the process work and understanding the property management life-cycle
Ensuring the appropriate process ownership within the business
Ensuring the process owners are able and trained to manage change and issues with the processes
Streamlined processes - in a good end state
Will have in place the ongoing control and reconciliation processes for the record
The successful candidate will demonstrate a good track record of using Lean Six Sigma (Preferably Black Belt) as part of business improvement projects around records management and data control.
The client is also seeking an interim business improvement lead who will lead and guide the team during its infancy. They will need to have experience of working with businesses that are new to formal lean processes, and will have set up internal funding models, governance, process ownership frameworks.
