    The successful candidate will oversee their ambitious programme for transformation in primary care.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Driving the primary care strategy and their out of hospital transformation programme

    • Driving forward new models of primary care at scale and the new contractual arrangements associated with them.

    Key skills:

    • A subject matter expert in primary care transformation

    • Exceptional leadership, resilience and communication skills

    • Significant experience of effective partnership working with external stakeholders

    • Highly skilled in delivering robust financial management

    • Strong Programme Management Office experience leading both strategic and operational work streams critical to organisational success

    • Impressive leadership skills exercised at board level, maintaining a strong business focus

    • Significant experience of managing complex and sensitive issues

    Remuneration: £700 per day
