Primary Care Project Manager
Interim Partners NHS client is looking for a Primary Care Project Manager tpo support the Integrated Care Programme Manager on two key Integrated Community Team Transformation workstreams.
Their main duties will be:
- Supporting the IC Programme Manager to deliver the 'ICT Single Management Team' and 'ICT alignment to Primary Care Network' workstreams
- Provide project management support for both projects including developing detailed project plans (including gantt charts), managing risk logs and action logs, preparing supporting material for weekly meetings, managing attendees and invite lists for meetings, arranging workshops and supporting reporting into the Alliance Programme Group and Alliance Leadership Group.
- Working with a range of stakeholders from across the ICT Alliance including patients, providers and commissioners.
- Managing two complex projects to tight timescales.
Some knowledge of integrated care, primary care networks, workforce design and OD is desirable but not essential.
