    Interim HR Systems Lead

    My Private Care Health client is looking for an Interim HR System Implementation Lead for a 4 month assignment in London. Potential candidates must ideally have experience of working within the healthcare sector alongside HR and have previous experience implementing an HR training model on to a new system from a previous payroll system. Stakeholder management will also pay a large part of this role which needs communication with differing levels of staff within the organisation. Working alongside a team of 9, the organisation is looking to integrate 6 different databases in order to roll out a systematic training programme and this role will encompass all the elements of the above. Experience of NGA/Northgate systems would be a distinct advantage but not essential, plus the ability to work quickly and efficiently in driving forward a organized training programme through systems and teams for the Board.
