    Interim Plant General Manager

    An exciting Interim position has arisen for a Plant General Manager to join this large Pharmaceuticals/Medical Devices business and lead a turnaround of Production and Operations. The business is profitable but would like to make significant improvements in their operational effectiveness.

    The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader but also possess solid \"hands on\" production and operations experience. You will be highly analytical and therefore able to get to the root cause of problems and then successfully solve them. A clear understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles is also required.

    The ideal background would be pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices with any packaging knowledge (vials/ampoules/bottles/syringes etc) being highly advantageous.

    You will be a native French speaker and fluent in English with Dutch/German being an advantageous.
