    My client, a £200+ turnover B2B/B2C retailer based in The Midlands, is looking for an experienced Interim to develop and implement customer centricity within their organisation. The role involves managing the contact centre, which is in a turnaround situation. Please only apply if you have extensive experience in transforming contact centres and in developing a customer-centric workforce.

    Experience managing culture transformation would be very helpful.

    This is not a Marketing Director/Omnichannel role.
