Interim Transformation Director
My client is looking to appoint an Interim Transformation Director to lead a programme of change.
They are a PE owned Business Services organisation, looking to embed the business improvement plan, encompassing a business wide modernisation programme, at the same time, looking draw cost out of the business.
The plan has been set and we're now looking for a very capable Transformation Director to lead the charge.
Suitable candidates are likely to have operated in an industrial setting, perhaps within the construction supply chain or the logistics space. The client is looking for a quick turn around here, so unsuitable for people having to serve any sort of notice period but the project is likely to last upwards of 9-12 months.
