Interim Commercial Director
My client is looking to appoint an Interim Commercial Director on 6 month assignment, starting asap.
You must have a strong Hard Services FM bias and be an expert commercial negotiator, gained, ideally from working for an outsourcer, as opposed to client side.
You will be working across both traditional and PFI contracts and as such, would be expected to have a deep knowledge of both.
The portfolio of traditional contracts range from newly mobilised, first generation, to year five of five, third generation, aiming for a further two years. In terms of the PFI's, naturally, they range from sound, well ran contracts, through to the more commercially challenging. You will be expected to successfully operate across all contracts.
The main objective of this assignment is to conduct a commercial review of all contracts including understand where contractual obligations are being met and are payment structures sufficient.
This is an URGENT requirement for an immediate start and is likely to be a 3-6 month assignment.
