    Our client, a housing association based in the south east is looking for an experienced interim with significant expertise in social housing asset compliance. The organisation is resetting its approach to compliance and is looking for a director level leader who will be the catalyst for this. This individual will have a track record in transforming and embedding change within compliance functions with ultimate benchmark of success being the improvement of compliancy across all the key stands. With a natural strength in process, data and strategy the successful candidate will lead a team of around 30 technical experts during the transformation process, and provide both operational and strategic input. This role is for about 6 months.
