    Our client, a leading UK Leisure & Hospitality company seeks a highly experienced and highly commercial interim Sales Director to define, scope and deliver a suite of transformation projects to drive growth in all sales categories across the group. As a member of the executive board (reporting directly to the CEO) you will be responsible for refining the sales strategy and development for the business through marketing, effective development of the group's sales channels and customer service activities to drive top-line growth and market share. The successful candidate will take ownership of the customer and the customer interface making sure that all functions of the organisation are aligned to meet its strategic and growth objectives.

    We seek a premier commercial background that covers marketing, sales and channel management, contract negotiation, pricing strategies and key account management. You will carry a deep history of growing sales, margin and market share together with a background of establishing presence in new target markets, launching new products and building new, profitable income streams.

    As the business also looks to build upon its existing customer relationships, sales capabilities and to lead in its marketplace, this role will enjoy significant levels of autonomy as well as direct customer, staff, and financial management responsibilities.
