    Our client, a science and technology company specialising in Animal Health and Nutrition is currently looking for an Interim Head of Sales for a six-month assignment.

    The Interim Head of Sales will be responsible for driving and supporting revenue growth.

    The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the current sales team to turnaround an underperforming business unit.

    They will also be responsible for:

    • Management and motivation of the team

    • Review and Implement Sales Strategy

    • Work with other teams such as editorial, events and marketing to drive revenue

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Have extensive experience in a similar role

    • Sales and previous leadership experience is essential

    • Proven track record selling B2B digital and/or knowledge-based products such as e-learning tools, research campaigns, sponsorship, advertising and other types media to scientific clients both nationally/internationally

    • In-depth knowledge of using Salesforce

    • A knowledge of Animal Health or Agriculture would be advantageous
