    My client is navigating through a significant period of change and requires a highly technical Interim Engineering Director to own the division within the business and drive new behaviours and ways of working

    My client, a well know business in their sector is seeking an Interim Engineering Director for approximately 6 months. You will provide leadership, direction and support to the engineering team, this includes the development of products, and the oversight of design and engineering solutions, business processes and ensuring targets are met. You will have strong R&D experience, contract engineering and excellent 3D design skills.

    A strong team player with a high degree of technical credibility within the manufacturing arena is essential as is proven leadership qualities

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Proven engineering background
    • Extensive R&D experience with the ability to drive changes in this area
    • Contract engineering
    • Extensive 3D design experience
