    Interim Chief Restructuring Officer

    Our client, a hardware & software technology business, is looking to identify an experienced Interim Chief Restructuring Officer to help lead the organisation through a significant period of change. This assignment is to start in January for a period of 3 - 6 months and falls outside of IR35.

    Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will lead the organisation on a journey of change to become more profitable, nimble and client solutions focused. You will be responsible for carrying out a deep dive into the business cost base and target operating model to make recommendations and to deliver structural changes to enhance their go-to-market approach and growth strategy.

    Ideally your career path will include time spent in start-ups with a more agile business model, as well as in global technology/connectivity entities.

    In the first 3 months, the key priorities to address are:

    1. Shifting the business from being technology/product led to being more commercially focused

    2. Making significant improvements in profitability by reducing their cost base

    3. Designing and leading the overall change management programme across the business

    We are looking for an inspirational leader who fosters a commercial culture where the business can thrive. You will have a hands-on approach and be direct in nature, you will understand the tech start up landscape and have an ability to learn fast. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate corporate experience as well as knowledge of start up's and how to make them profitable.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology sector interim to make a real difference. If you have previously worked within mobile network operators or cyber security this would be advantageous.

    If you are commercially minded, if you have experience in smaller, more agile businesses as well as in £500m+ corporations, and if you can demonstrate a track record of moving business into high levels of profitability, we would love to hear from you.

    Remuneration: up to £1200 per day
