    Interim Order to Bill Lead

    The Assignment;

    We require a proven Order to Bill (Order to Cash) specialist who can demonstrate;

    • Experience in core accounting (Controllership/Record to Report)
    • Strong Financial Accounting Skills (IFRS knowledge)
    • Prior Experience of having worked in a multi-cultural environmenTrack record of excellent service delivery, fast reaction and crisis management
    • Effective communications both written and oral
    • Collaborating with Business Planning Outsourcing Team (BPO)
    • Ability to apply professional knowledge in accounting and to make appropriate judgements and recommend solutions
    • Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret problems / data gathered from a variety of sources
    • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
    • Detailed understanding of Risk and Control processes within Order to Bill (Order to Cash)
    • Experience of a major transformation program would be preferential
    • KPI's and business outcome design, action and monitoring
    • Experience in leading improvement projects
    • Experience in multicultural/lingual environments and working virtually/globally

    Essential and desirable skills;

    • Core expertise in Order to Bill (Order to Cash)
    • Preferred Finance or Accounting education degree
    • Well-versed in transaction processing & reporting using SAP
    • Fully operational expertise within Order to Bill (Order to Cash) process
    • Experience in S4H (SAP Hana)
    • Superior leadership, stakeholder management and collaboration experience
    • Hands on B2C experience
    • Interfacing with all functions, especially Customer Services, Supply Chain Finance and IT to understand needs and deliver business benefits as required
    • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Polish.
    • Spanish is an added advantage.

    Day rate is 800 euros
